Cuba's Brokeback mountain
An important post from Socialist Unity blog, without being uncritical, there is a lot of positive work being done in Cuba and their movement towards an acceptance of sexual diversity is important. The Cuban record is not perfect but given the horrible events in Russia with gay pride marchers being attacked, homphobic comments from the Dalai Lama and a tide of intolerance in the US, this is important and must be acknowledged as positive
