Vestas closes another turbine plant

Vestas is temporarily closing its wind turbine plant in Colorado, with 500 workers left with uncertain futures You may recall that this plant was supposed to be taking the 'business' from the closed factory on the IOW. A further demonstration that profit-driven capitalist production and market forces will not provide the solution to our sustainable energy needs. Only political will and planned, non-profit motivated production will necessarily build our sustainable energy future, and surely adds further substance to the call to nationalise the Vestas plant on IOW and our energy industry:
