10:10 video from Dr Wall
This really sums up what I believe. People are creative and can solve ecological problems by working with nature not against nature. You need appropriate property rights giving people access to land and then they tend to do the right thing.
If you are a libertarian you will see this as evidence of human creativity, if you are a socialist you will point out that you have to distribute access to land and cull the corporations.
It does show real action for marrying up prosperity with the environment.
Great video if you haven't seen it already.
Been gardening a little bit like this with my youngest son Peter Wall (9), we had eggs on spinach for breakfast, spinach beat from the garden and turned our compost and our neighbours, if its organic its composted here.
Unfortunately in 1066 the invaders stole most of land from the community in this country!
