off to the cinema now!

Che: Part One. Thursday 12th February 2009, 6.30pm, Curzon Soho cinema, Shaftesbury Avenue, London.

I would like to invite you to attend this special charity screening of the wonderful new film Che: Part One as part of our celebrations for Cuba50.

The screening will be followed by a drinks reception with the attendance of the Cuban and Venezuelan Ambassadors to the UK, HE René Mujica Cantelar and HE Samuel Moncada. We will also hear from special guests Pedro Perez Sarduy, Cuban poet and author who was in Cuba at the time of the Revolution, and Simon Reid-Henry author of the excellent new book 'Fidel & Che, a revolutionary friendship'. A number of special guests from the sponsoring organisations will also say a few words.

I very much hope you will join us at this charity event. Tickets are strictly limited and available only from CSC on Tel. 020 8800 0155. Any remaining tickets will go on public sale from Monday 2nd February so please confirm your attendance before then if possible.
